    1. 準備する道具|You need the follow tools
      • 英英辞書(職場のデスクに置いておく)|english-englsh dectionaly. You put it on your office desk.
      • クリップ10個(右のポケットに入れておく)|ten clips. You put it in your right pocket.
      • スケジュール帳(日付の入ったもの)|schedule diary that has day information.
    2. 空費、浪費の時間を見つける|You need a free time or wasted time.
    3. 知っている英語の単語を一つ取り上げる|You pick up a word you already know.
    4. 取り上げた単語を、ヒトリゴトで英語で説明(定義する)|You explain(define) the word you picked up by talking to yourself.
    5. 自分の苦しい説明と、英英辞書の説明を比較する|You compare your definition you struggly did with the definition in english-english dictionary.
    6. 英英辞書の説明を３回ヒトリゴトで読む|You read the explanation in english-english dictionary three times by talking to yourself.
    7. ヒトリゴト学習をした単語にペンでチェックを入れる|You check the word you learned by talking to yourself by pencile.
    8. クリップを一つ、左のポケットに移動させる|You move a clip from right pocket to left pocket.

    2. サイト「外国語広場 アメリカ大統領・講演」に行く|You go to the web site http://www.gaikoku.info/english/president.htm .
    3. 適当な音声データをダウンロードし、台本を作る|You download a voice data you like. You print a paper of the voice data.
    4. 台本の内容語に丸をつけてから、音声を聞く|You write marks to content words in the paper and you listen the voice data.
    5. 映像を見る|You watch the video of the voice data.
    6. 丸の付いた台本を手に、丸の部分を強調するようにヒトリゴトする|You talk to yourself with the paper you wrote marks and with saying the marks strongly.
    7. 一週間ずっと一つの演説だけろヒトリゴトする|You talk only one speech to yourself in one week.
    8. イメージトレーニングで締めくくり|You finally do image training.

    2. 自分がよく使う日本語のヒトリゴトを五つ見つける|You find five japanise phrases you frequently talked to yourself.
    3. 五つの表現を定義する|You define the five phases by english.
    4. 英英辞典で定義したヒトリゴトを確認する|You confirm the five english phrases by english-english dictionary.
    5. 実際に、五つの表現を使い始める|You use the five english phrases everyday.
    6. ネガティブを放置しない|You do not leave negative things.
    7. 原因を解決する|You fix the cause.
    8. 同じ問題を日本語で考えてみる|You think the problem by japanease.
